revdep-rebuild.sh: Change la_SEARCH_DIRS to use the library paths from
ld.so.conf. (Bug 491658)
la_SEARCH_DIRS was using SEARCH_DIRS to locate libraries in .la files.
This is incorrect, it should be using the standard library path.
