eclean: Remove unneeded __init__ to enable pytest
Prevented the unit test from running:
pym/gentoolkit/test/eclean/distsupport.py:435: PytestCollectionWarning:
cannot collect test class 'TestDisfiles' because it has a __init__
constructor (from: pym/gentoolkit/test/eclean/test_search.py)
