    Fix apparent breakage from r11593 (slot dep support):
    * Handle KeyError from element.getAttribute() in makeAtom() and
    * makeVersion().
    * Avoid 'sre_constants.error: unmatched group' exceptions in
    * revisionMatch()
      when the atom does not have a slot.
