dependencies.py: Add support for wxwidgets modules
Makes this possible in meson.build:
wxd = dependency('wxwidgets', modules: ['core', 'base'])
This does not change the behaviour of not specifying a module list. Eg:
wxd = dependency('wxwidgets')
