rewriter: Replace assignments with cur_assignments
Replace the variable tracking of `AstInterpreter.assignments`
with a slightly better variable tracking called
`AstInterpreter.cur_assignments`.
We now have a class `UnknownValue` for more explicit handling
of situations that are too complex/impossible.
